Refund/Return Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. 

If the item is defective or incorrect please email us with a photo, order number and a brief explanation. At this time we will send you details to ship the item back to us (we are not responsible for return shipping costs). When the return is received and accepted you can choose to have the purchase refunded or we can send you out another item.

We will not provide a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing, change of mind or if item is currently in shipping after the 14 days is up. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
