Shipping Information

  1. How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed & shipped out within 1-10 business days. Please note that we only process orders Monday-Friday, excluding major Holidays. Once all your orders have been shipped, you will receive your tracking number(s). 

  1. What is the shipping time?

For most countries, orders are delivered within an estimated 10-30 business days from the date they are shipped. Depending on where you live* however, delivery may take 10-45 business days from the date they are shipped. 

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will do every effort to make sure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient shipping address information.

  1. Where do you ship from?

We ship products to you from our partnered factories located in China, Singapore, Thailand, and the US. So please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

  1. When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped. If you ordered more than one item, it’s likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please Contact Us with your name, email, and order number!

*We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number.

 

  1. Will my order be delivered by ________?

If you plan to purchase one of our products as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the item(s) close, in regards to our estimated shipping time, when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

  1. I have received only part of my order, where are my other items?

We ship from different parts of several countries using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. Some packages may experience shipping delays while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please contact us via email at kawaiibrigadeteam@gmail.com with your name and order number.
